We are not able to schedule appointments via email as lag time causes difficulty in scheduling with our ever-changing schedule.
Acute appointments can be made for the same day or the next day. Please keep in mind that we have limited availability for same day visits and are scheduled with whichever provider has availability. These slots are reserved for the following medical reasons:
Acute appointments are NOT reserved for aches or pain that has been going on for several days/weeks, physicals to fill out forms for camp/school/sports/etc., hormone pellet implants, other non- urgent matters. Please refer to the below guidelines for these types of appointments.
When we receive your lab or imaging results, we will reach out to you to schedule a review appointment. Lab or imaging reviews will be scheduled within 14 business days of receiving your results.
Any results that need to be urgently reviewed will be scheduled accordingly or a provider will reach out to you immediately if necessary.
If you have several results that we expect to get back, we will wait until we have ALL results back to schedule your review appointment, so that we can review all results together so that we can look at your whole body health. We schedule all lab review appointments 2 weeks out from the time that we get the results.
Annual physicals, sports physicals, and appointments to fill out paperwork you need from a provider are made at least 2 weeks out and are limited in the number we do each day to allow for space on our schedule for more urgent matters.
Other procedures (skin checks, cryotherapy, pellet implantations, dry needling, cortisone injections, PRP, biopsies, botox, etc.) are made at least 2 weeks out to allow space for more urgent matters to remain open on our schedule.
Medication reviews are also scheduled at least 2 weeks out. We will attempt to send reminders as promptly as possible to ensure you are booked for an appointment with ample time prior to needing your prescriptions refilled.
While we generally stick to these guidelines, we will help schedule your appointments with as much flexibility as possible. We uphold these guidelines to our best ability to ensure we can meet the needs of every patient, especially those that require immediate medical attention.
